Nancy Ajram a beautiful female singer from the Arab world. Nancy''s young age, beauty, warm voice and unique talent has put her on the top of the music artists in the entire Arab World.

Nancy Ajram was born on the 16th of May 1983 in Ashrafiyeh, Lebanon. She is one of the youngest singers in Lebanon, Nancy Ajram lives now with her family in New Sheila in Lebanon, Nancy Ajram has a brother, Nabil Ajram who himself has started as a singer recently. Nancy also has one sister too who might be joining the Ajram Music Family.

Nancy Ajram was still a kid when she started singing. She had and still have an innocent sensuality.

By the age of four signs of artistic sensations appeared on Nancy Ajram''s face every time Nancy Ajram heard a song or a tender voice from the TV or radio, or even from Nancy Ajram''s own parents.

Nancy Ajram was only eight years old, when she started her journey into the singing world. Nancy Ajram got her first appearance and success with her performances in kids contests in two famous Arabic TV stations, Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation (LBC) and Lebanon''s National Television, TeleLiban.

Around the age of twelve, Nancy Ajram participated in a TV program called (Noujoum Al Mostakbal) which was played on Future TV (One of Hariri''s Media Outlets), During that show nancy ajram won the Golden Medal in Tarab category.
She got her award for singing one of the legendary Egyptian singer, Umm Kulthum''s songs.

Nancy Ajram studied vocals and music theory with the best teachers in Lebanon.

The syndicate of professional artists in Lebanon accepted nancy ajram as a member eventhough she was younger than eighteen. They simply found nancy ajram to be an exceptional talent who truly deserved to be named a professional artist.

Nancy Ajram released her first album entitled (Mouhtagalak) (I need you) in 1998.
In 2001 nancy ajram launched her second album (Shil Oyounak Ani) ( Stop looking at me ), However nancy ajram''s biggest hit came with her third and most famous album (Ya Salam) in 2003.

Nancy Ajram success of the thrid album was mostly due not only to the songs, but also to the shooting of three of its songs; Akhasmak Ah, Ya Salam and Sehr Eyounoh, in the form of video clips. The video clips were directed by Nadine Labaki who was herself starting to become a famous director.

The clips were a big hit and had unprecedented popularity in such a short time, they gave nancy ajram a quick fame in the Arab world.

During the (Oscar video clips) Festival in 2003 which was held in Sharm El Sheikh, Nancy Ajram won an award for being the best Arab singer in the year 2003.

During the 2004 nancy ajram released her fourth album (Ah we Nos). For this album, Nancy shot three of its songs as video clips, Loun Eyounak , Ah we Nos and Inta Eh.

Nancy Ajram''s latest album was entitled "Ya-Tabtab Wa-Dallaa". This fourth album was released in February 2006. From this album, two songs were shot as video clips; Ya-Tabtab Wa-Dallaa and Moogaba. In both videoclips Nancy appears as a circus girl doing magic works.

Aside from her singing career, Nancy Ajram has agreed to be the spokesperson for Coca Cola, the international soft drink company. For this agreement, Nancy shot Four Advertisements.

Recently, Nancy ajram signed a contract to be the youth ambassador of Damas Gold, and for two years nancy ajram will be the face of damas jewelry collections.

As for being a Movie Star, Nancy ajram prefers to postpone being on the silver screen, until she feels its the right time.
She want to focus more on her singing career, she is addicted to her work we can say. Well thats what makes her unique, and keeps her on the top music charts in the arab world.
